Warehouse Maintenance & Facilities Associate

About the Role

The Facilities Associate assists with the day-to-day operations of the UAN Facility, performing basic maintenance and facilities duties within our distribution center. This role supports healthcare professionals by ensuring a well-maintained and organized workspace.

Pay

Base pay starts at $17 an hour. Earn $2.00 more per hour for weekend shifts.

Schedule

Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Minor building maintenance repairs
• General warehouse cleaning and organizing
• General maintenance and preventive maintenance around the facility
• Vendor/contractor liaison work
• Keeping warehouse organized and cleaned
• Assisting with projects such as reconfiguring buildings, moving office space, and other light facilities functions
• Assisting with the inventory and maintenance of existing furniture and equipment
• Setting up meeting rooms: furniture, chairs, tables, projectors, easels, flip charts, white boards, etc.
• Operating various types of power equipment

Requirements

• Previous custodial experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility (1-5 years)
• General knowledge of hand tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Physical Demands

• Walk up to 5 miles a day
• Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time
• Crouch, kneel, or crawl (occasionally)
• Lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds
• Handle noisy conditions
