As a Warehouse Lumper, you’ll play a key role in off-loading inbound freight, securely placing product on pallets with accuracy, and ensuring smooth operations through top-of-the-line technology and safety measures. Responsibilities
- Read breakdown sheet.
- Unload product from trailer.
- Sort and place correct quantities of product onto pallet, down or up-stacking following product placement directions.
- Stack product to ensure it is not damaged in any way.
- Move product to designated dock area using power equipment.
- Use slip-sheet, clamp device, or forklift where necessary.
- Shrink wrap and/or tape product to prepare it for warehouse racking location.
- Change battery in power equipment using required personal protective equipment.
- Perform pre- and post-shift checks on equipment and report needed repairs to supervisor/maintenance personnel.
- Identify damaged product and notify appropriate personnel to prevent it from entering the warehouse.
- Perform daily sanitation tasks including sorting pallets, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp, and reach above the head continuously for periods of up to 3 hours or more.
- Lift up to 65 pounds with frequency.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet changing operational needs, including early, late, or weekend shifts.
- Comply with company work and safety rules.
- Work at a pace that ensures smooth product flow into the receiving process.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks safely and effectively, including work instructions, safety protocols, and communications.

Schedule
Full-time, 3rd shift (overnight).
