Technical Tasks

• Perform machine and/or manual inventory
• Computer work required
• Accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions
• Take ownership of accuracy of processes

Customer Focus

• Meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by team
• Comply with applicable elements of quality systems (ACE)

Special Projects

• Demonstrate initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule
• Understand and use computer tools such as SAP and accurately follow work instructions
• Achieve special process certification where applicable
• Demonstrate a proactive role in problem solving
• Pursue certifications in continuous improvement (ACE)

Communication

• Interface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge or resolve problems related to production issues
• Effectively interact with others
• Participate in cost reduction plans
• Participate in waste minimization efforts
• Participate in audits

Physical Demands

• May be required to be on feet for long periods of time
• Must be able to effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities
• Ability to focus on safety and quality is extremely important
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

• Requires HS Diploma or equivalent. In the absence of a HS diploma or equivalent, 2 years of relevant experience is required
