Warehouse Loader/Unloader (2nd Shift Sun-Tue)
About the role
Freight Breakers LLC is looking for reliable, driven individuals to join our furniture distribution operation in Cranbury, NJ. This is a hands-on warehouse position where you'll help unload incoming furniture shipments, move product through the facility, and prepare merchandise for the next stage of distribution. The position is compensated through a production-based pay structure, giving productive associates the opportunity to increase their earnings based on the amount of work completed. Responsibilities
- Unload furniture and other products from inbound trailers.
- Safely handle and move large or heavy pieces throughout the facility.
- Stage merchandise in designated areas.
- Work with your team to complete daily unloading assignments.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Follow proper lifting, handling, and workplace safety procedures.
- Meet established productivity and quality expectations.
- Assist with additional warehouse tasks as operational needs require.
Requirements
- Repeatedly lift and move items weighing approximately 50–100 lbs.
- Remain active and on your feet for extended periods.
- Work safely while handling large or bulky products.
- Follow instructions and established procedures.
- Work effectively alongside other warehouse associates.
- Maintain dependable attendance.
- Stay focused and productive throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not required.

Pay
This position uses production-based compensation, with earning potential of $800–$1,200+ per week based on productivity and completed work. Pay is issued weekly, offering consistent, year-round warehouse work. Strong performers have additional earning potential; actual earnings may vary based on productivity, workload, and available freight.
Schedule
Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (full‑time).
