Warehouse Loader (Part Time)

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, the part-time Warehouse Loader position assists in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. This labor‑intensive role loads bulk and route trucks, requiring attention to loading outgoing and unloading incoming trucks. You will work from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack, oversee accuracy in loading and comply with shipper/receiver documentation, follow warehouse instructions while maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and may work across several weather conditions. The job requires lifting a high volume of cases (20‑45 lb each) repeatedly during a long work period.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks by selecting designated packages and flavors of products from the warehouse and loading them into the bays of a route truck.
• Ensure product is rotated on trucks and in the warehouse following expiration dates.
• Clean and repackage product as set forth by RBDC standards.
• Dispose of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) product once approved by the Operations Manager.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Skills

• Forklift operations experience is a plus.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
