About the role
The Loader is responsible for moving pallets of merchandise from staging areas and loading trailers to support community feeding initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Load full pallets into trailers
- Operate forklift and pallet jack
- Inspect trailers for damage
- Verify loads using RF handhelds or voice systems
- Wrap pallets
- Operate battery hoist
- Maintain a clean work area
- Complete inspection forms
- Perform other assigned duties
Physical Demands & Environment
Requires standing, bending, pulling, lifting (up to 60 lbs), walking on various surfaces, and working on multiple levels. Environment includes refrigerated (28°-60°) conditions.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift and pallet jack operation

- Physical ability to frequently lift, carry, and handle objects

Experience
1‑2 years relevant experience preferred.
