Warehouse Lift Operator

About the Role

Join our growing team in the Dixon, IL distribution center as an order filler, shipper, receiver, or high reach operator. This full-time, long-term career opportunity offers the chance to develop and grow your skill sets in various logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

Pay

Earn up to $25.45 per hour, with starting wages ranging from $18.55 to $23.40 per hour based on experience. Regular wage increases occur every 180 days. Eligible team members can earn an additional $0.70 to $2.05 per hour through quarterly performance bonuses.

Schedule

Regular weekday hours (Monday through Friday) with a drug-free work environment focused on safety.

Responsibilities

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level, or above shoulders
