Warehouse Lead Operator

About the role

Responsibilities

• Operating reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, and propane forklifts safely and efficiently
• Receiving inbound shipments and prepare outbound shipments according to schedules and documentation
• Driving and operating a 20ft. box truck as needed
• Performing regular cycle counts and assisting with full physical inventories
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels; communicating shortages to operations team
• Controlling product flow and ensuring availability to meet production demands
• Scheduling and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
• Adjusting product usage based on monthly demand percentages
• Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms

Requirements

• A high school diploma, Associates degree preferred
• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Valid drivers license
