About the role

Reporting to the Manager, the Non-Ferrous Retail Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing and leading day-to-day warehouse operations while ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards. This individual will support operational planning, coordinate workflow efficiencies, and collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes and production teams in order to maximize production capabilities
• Coordinate human and material resources to meet target dates with respect of quality requirements
• Train, assist, evaluate and discipline staff to archive productivity and quality goals, while focusing on constant improvement
• Report technical issues, troubleshoot and follow up on maintenance progress
• Compile and analyze production data, generate reports if necessary
• Plan formation needs and follow up on training and evaluation of all employees
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards and policies

• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environment preferred
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and maintain a results-driven approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
