Warehouse Lead (Material Handler)

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees
• Cook logistical processes
• Ensure quality of goods
• Prepare relevant documentation

Requirements

• Operate forklifts
• Maintain inventory
• Understand mobile devices
• Wrap and fix products
• Pick/pull and create pallets
• Load/unload trailers
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
• Handle multiple tasks
• Support Warehouse Supervisor
• Develop and implement warehouse policies
• Execute warehouse operations
• Support team members
• Quality control outbound shipments
• Liaise with related functions
• Act as backup
• Attend training
• Contribute to internal projects

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar management position
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
• Time management skills and ability to delegate
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in 3PL/Google Suites/Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Problem-solving skills
