This Warehouse Lead position works on-site in Olive Branch, MS.
Schedule
Monday - Friday
9:00am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities
- Executes day-to-day work activities as directed by the supervisor.
- Communicates supervisor directions positively and leads by example to ensure consistent workflow.
- Collaborates with team members to promote safety and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Carries out the Company’s organizational values and operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Provides leadership to the team through effective communication, coaching, appraising, and recognition under the direction of the Supervisor.
- Performs supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
- Continuously promotes safety, including accident review and improvement opportunities.
- Ensures work availability for operators and completes tasks on time.
- Directs the flow of material, both inbound and outbound.
- Gives direction to Forklift Operators or Warehouse Associates to move resources to available work.
- Coordinates with fleet dispatch on schedule changes, cancellations, etc.
- May cover in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor when needed.
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
