Warehouse Lead - Full-Time

The Warehouse Lead Worker oversees receiving, storing, and processing stock, ensuring quality control and proper storage. They prepare orders for delivery or pickup, handle inventory management, and perform physical counts as needed. Key responsibilities include checking incoming products for quality and damage, transferring merchandise within the warehouse, processing supply requests, and preparing packages for shipping. They schedule and supervise daily tasks for team members and operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to facilitate warehouse operations. They are responsible for maintaining security of assets and may delegate responsibilities based on business needs. The role requires previous warehouse experience and preferably supervisory skills. Candidates must work independently, follow safety procedures, possess basic math skills, and demonstrate effective communication. Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, and standing for extended periods. Flexibility for working evenings and weekends is needed. PPE and uniforms may be required.
