Key Responsibilities
- Auxiliary assistance with evening Inventory and Outbound operations
- Streamlining packing and shipping processes
- Maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics
- Serving as a liaison between Supervisor and team members
- Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Leading the training and integration of new hires
- Cleaning Receiving Dock and Transit bins nightly
- Clear delegation of workload for Outbound/Inventory teams

Minimum Experience and Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Full proficiency in reading and writing English
- Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
