Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse personnel and operations.
• Maintain effective communication with internal customers and external suppliers.
• Processes all deliveries, including parcel, supplier, and truck, in a timely manner.
• Limits: Loads and unloads trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Delivers manufacturing raw materials in a timely manner to ensure.
• Captures and executes raw material and service parts cycle count programs.
• Maintains Security and Health, Safety, and Environmental good practices and complies with organization standards/procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
• Supports the customer service team to process returned materials and address customer complaints.
• Provides training and support to warehouse team members.
• Maintains cleanliness, efficiency, and operations within the warehouse.
• Supports the spare parts process, where applicable.
• Implements process changes, working towards continuous improvements.
• Maintains a safe work environment.
• Ensures that personnel follow all applicable MI’s, SI’s, SOP’s and cGMP’s.
• Supports Shipping functions to maintain on time shipments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $19.90 - $30.80 per hour.

Schedule

Nightly shift work schedule.
