The Warehouse Lead role requires a strong safety mindset and the ability to set an example for a culture of safety excellence and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday from 5pm to Finish. You Will Train new selectors on the selection, QC, and loading processTrain warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issuesAudit pallets and workAssist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality.Collaborate with the supervisor and be the point person for both the picking and dock teams. Investigate product incidents, accidents, and work-related injuriesPrepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain filesDevelop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendationsBe trained and able to fill in to pick, QC, wrap, and load pallets onto the truckBe fully trained and the backup to the warehouse admin invoicer and supervisorCertify and able to operate all material handling equipment (cherry picker, sit down, reach truck, electric pallet jack, etc.)Run and report on reports for computer (email, P21, Excel)Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes.Other Duties as assigned You have: 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience Supervisory experience preferredDouble Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred Sit-Down, Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Reach Forklift experience preferredRF Scanner experience preferredComputer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook Email)High school diploma, GED, or equivalentFlexibility, willingness, and desire to jump in wherever the business and shift needs help or support for continued success Pay Rate: $25.00-$27.00 Deadline to Apply: 8/21/26 We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 13,000 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
