Warehouse Lead Associate (Warehouse Day)

About the role

The Warehouse Lead role at Imperial Dade is available in Fort Worth, TX. This position is part of a strong and continuously evolving team, dedicated to growing the business.

Responsibilities

• Train new selectors on the selection process
• Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issues
• Audit pallets and work
• Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality
• Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries
• Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain files
• Develop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations
• Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes

Requirements

• 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Double Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
• Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience preferred
• Retail Floor Scanner experience preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Schedule

• Monday: 10:00am to 6:00pm
• Tuesday through Friday: 11:00am to 7:00pm
• Until the daily work is completed
