Warehouse Lead- 3rd Shift 11pm Start

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time analysis, coordination, and balance of DC Shipping operations, including allocation of pick tasks.
• Assign picking and loading tasks to production employees.
• Accurately record and report truck/trailer numbers for outgoing deliveries.
• Support the Shipping Supervisor in reporting, researching, and resolving issues between the host system and WMS in a timely manner.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, including end-of-day (EOD) tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the Shipping Supervisor.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of all required systems (e.g., SAP, Red Prairie).
• Support picking and loading operations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

Decision-making occurs under the direct supervision of the DC Shipping Supervisor, within standard policies and procedures, with opportunities for unreviewed decisions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, and Red Prairie.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and diagnose trends and patterns in productivity data.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on department needs.

Pay

Starting at $24.39 per hour, based on experience.
