Responsible for leading a team of warehouse workers to ensure efficient operations and high-quality product handling. Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service interactions.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of warehouse workers to meet operational goals.
• Oversee inventory management processes to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
