Warehouse Lead 1st Shift
About the role
We are seeking a hands-on leader to manage a team within our Ship Center. This role involves clearly communicating daily goals and individual assignments to the team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate daily goals and individual work assignments to the team.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to customers, employees, and the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership responsibility for a group of direct reports/team.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Exhibit basic problem-solving skills, to determine root cause, and propose possible solutions.
- Ability to provide coaching and direction to associates in accordance with established policies and procedures with a focus on maximizing performance in a safe manner.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Experience using RF devices.
- Good computer skills.
- Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred but not required.
- Experience with Crown equipment preferred but not required.

$22.00/hr
Schedule
Monday- Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
