We are seeking Warehouse Janitorial Associates/Cleaning Crew Members who are dedicated, reliable, and ready to contribute to a culture built on respect, opportunity, and pride in service. Our work schedule varies, including weekends, and shifts are available from Wednesday to Saturday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM and from Monday to Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Starting pay is $15 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
• Ensuring all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Cleaning totes and other items as needed
• Performing some deep cleaning tasks
• Other basic janitorial duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift
• Standing and walking for up to 10-12 hours
• Reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.

Skills

Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Pay

Schedule
