Warehouse Inventory Control Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory transactions.
• Investigate and address inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Create and analyze reports on inventory levels, trends, and variances.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
• A strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping is essential.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities are necessary.
