Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory transactions.
- Investigate and address inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Create and analyze reports on inventory levels, trends, and variances.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping is essential.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities are necessary.
