Warehouse Inventory Clerk

The Role

The primary focus is on monitoring, ordering, stocking, and transporting supplies and equipment. This includes ensuring timely delivery, maintaining accurate inventory levels, minimizing product expiration through proper rotation, and troubleshooting inventory issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels
• Ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment
• Minimize product expiration through proper rotation
• Troubleshoot inventory issues
• Count, receive, and reconcile inventory accurately
• Label products and catch errors quickly
• Enter and track data accurately
• Use inventory systems and warehouse systems
• Understand FIFO/FEFO principles
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods
• Perform general warehouse duties, receiving, and scanning

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience
• Basic understanding of inventory tracking and control
• Ability to count, record data, and label products accurately
• Experience using inventory systems and warehouse systems
• Basic computer skills (Google, Excel, data entry)
• Understanding of regulated environments (pharmacy/healthcare is a plus)
• Knowledge of cold chain products, lot number, and expiration tracking
• Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse systems (WMS)
• Reliability and accountability

Qualifications

• Pharmacy or healthcare inventory experience is highly preferred
• Experience with cold chain products, lot number, and expiration tracking
• Barcode scanner and warehouse systems (WMS) experience

Pay

$18.31 - $24.77 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Days | Monday-Friday
