Warehouse Inventory Clerk 1st Shift

About the role

Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. Products handled include retail items. Equipment used includes computers, RF scanners, and cherry pickers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) experience preferred.
• Depending on location, may be required to be equipment certified.
• Ability to recognize and read location, date, and product codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Pay

Hourly pay: $22.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule

First shift, Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm.
