About the role

Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. Products handled include retail items. This role supports distribution across the U.S. and may require operating powered industrial equipment, such as an order picker.

Pay

$21.50 per hour

Schedule

First Shift: Wednesday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Thursday-Saturday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Audit inbound and outbound shipments
  • Participate in physical inventories as necessary
  • Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
  • Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One (1) year or more of previous warehouse experience preferred
  • One (1) year or more of experience operating forklift equipment preferred
  • One (1) year or more of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) experience preferred
  • Depending on location, may be required to be equipment certified
  • Ability to recognize and read location, date, and product codes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
