Warehouse Inventory Associate-2

About the role

The Warehouse Inventory Associate-2 supports accurate inventory management and product movement within the warehouse. This role maintains inventory integrity through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, replenishment activities, recalls, returns, and other warehouse processes, contributing to efficient and reliable supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts of inventory.
• Research and reconcile inventory variances identified through cycle counts and customer inquiries.
• Perform cell stock replenishment activities.
• Manage controlled substance delivery notifications.
• Conduct receiving double checks to verify inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with LMF to address requests and resolve inventory-related issues.
• Process and manage product recalls.
• Manage item conversions and related inventory updates.
• Process vendor returns.
• Oversee waste management activities.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work.

Pay

• Hourly pay range of $18.00–$27.00 USD, based on experience and location.
• Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan.
