Pro-Tops, Inc. is a growing stone fabrication and countertop solutions company seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Associate & Countertop Installer to join our team immediately. This is a combined role: you will support daily warehouse operations and travel to residential and commercial job sites to install granite, quartz, and marble countertops. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, is physically capable, and is ready to start right away.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, label, and safely store incoming stone slabs, finished materials, and supplies.
  • Load and unload materials and finished countertops using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including slab racks, A-frames, and staging areas.
  • Assist with inventory counts and report damaged or missing materials to the supervisor.
  • Operate material-handling equipment (forklift, overhead crane, pallet jack) once trained and authorized.
  • Prepare and stage materials and tools for scheduled installation jobs.

Installation Responsibilities

  • Travel to residential and commercial job sites to install countertops and related stone products.
  • Safely transport, handle, and set heavy stone materials during installation.
  • Level, seam, secure, and finish countertops to company quality standards.
  • Perform on-site adjustments, cutouts, and final fitting as needed.
  • Represent Pro-Tops professionally and courteously in customers’ homes and businesses.
  • Clean the work area on completion and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

Requirements

  • Able to lift and carry heavy materials (50–100+ lbs) and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule, including occasional early starts or extended hours.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
  • Basic measurement and math skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in countertop, stone, cabinetry, construction, or warehouse work.
  • Forklift or crane certification.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Pay
