Warehouse Innovation Project Manager

This role is a hybrid position working 2 days per week at our client site in Santa Ana, CA and 3 days at their office in Fullerton, CA. It is a W2 hourly position with Roth Staffing (Ledgent Tech and Ultimate Staffing are divisions of Roth Staffing), with all work taking place at the client site. No third-party candidates will be considered.

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Innovation Project Manager with a logistics or supply chain background to lead warehouse productivity and automation projects. Hands-on experience with logistics and supply chain systems, as well as project management experience, is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple warehouse productivity and automation projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful execution.
• Provide standard operating procedures and guidance to onsite warehouse teams regarding new processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including operations, IT, engineering, and third-party vendors, to drive project success.
• Analyze project performance data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Analyze current warehouse layouts, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Communicate project updates, key findings, and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in service logistics, warehouse, and 3PL operations within the logistics industry (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS).
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, trend tracking, and report creation.
• Excellent attention to detail, project planning, and cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the U.S.

Pay

Rate Range: $35.00 – $37.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week in Santa Ana, CA (92707) and 3 days per week in Fullerton, CA (92831).
