Warehouse II

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, clean and organized working environment.
• Operates forklifts to load/unload freight.
• Pulls orders accurately and verifies receipt of incoming shipments.
• Picks materials, components, and end products and delivers them to production or shipping.
• Prepares component kits for production, fills orders, and handles supplier subcontract parts.
• Stocks received material, completed products, and assemblies from in-house production.
• Transfers parts via equipment assist or manual labor within the facility.
• Performs material movement transactions in ERP system as required.
• Participates in cycle counting of inventory as required.
• Operates shop equipment such as overhead crane/forklift, where applicable.
• Lifts, pushes, pulls, and moves up to 50 pounds as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Experience with SAP.
• Demonstrated cross-functional knowledge of multiple warehouse operations.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends.
• Knowledge of rubber molded parts.
• Experience in minimum of two of the following: receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Skills and Abilities: Ability to exchange straightforward information in routine situations, ability to read and comprehend instructions, ability to apply concepts of basic math, ability to work independently and in a team environment, ability to apply basic written and verbal communication skills, ability to work, focus, and thrive in a very fast-paced and noisy work environment, ability to work both inside and outside in various weather conditions, ability to operate shop equipment such as overhead crane/forklift, where applicable.
• Desired Qualifications: Certified to operate a forklift, 4+ years of related warehouse experience, 4+ years of inventory experience, demonstrated willingness to complete all tasks to support warehouse and business objectives.
