About the Role

This position involves operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment within the protein and salt business, focusing on palletizing products, ensuring proper stacking, and maintaining a clean, contaminant-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Stack products, complete paperwork, and manage inventory through cycle counts.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and food safety policies, reporting concerns as needed.
• Follow proper procedures for equipment checks, product handling, and documentation.
• Assist with pre-operational checks and equipment operations, including pallet jack handling.
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, with advanced notice.
• Must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and fluent in English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to handle food products safely.
• Willingness to learn lift techniques, quality assurance procedures, and operate equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous food manufacturing, warehouse, or forklift experience.
• Familiarity with safety-focused environments.
