Warehouse Helper III

$27/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Overview (company overview) and Position Summary, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Physical Demands, Hours, Travel, Benefits, What's In It For You (which includes compensation etc). We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we need to map content to those headings. We should not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe from Overview/Position Summary). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe Qualifications/Education and Work Experience). Skills (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities). Benefits (list). Pay (compensation). Schedule (Hours). Possibly Travel? Not listed as a standard heading but could be included under Schedule? Not required. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Travel into Schedule or maybe omit if not required heading. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include Travel under Schedule or as a separate section if we think it's substantive. However the instruction only mentions those example headings; we can still add other headings if needed? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to stick to those headings and incorporate other info within them. Thus sections: - About the role: combine Company Overview and Position Summary (overview of role). Provide prose. - Responsibilities: list essential job functions. - Requirements: Education and Work Experience Requirements (maybe also include age, etc). Could also include Knowledge, Skills, Abilities? But we have separate Skills section. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required. - Benefits: list benefits. - Pay: compensation details. - Schedule: Hours and Travel? Could include Hours and Travel. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. For Pay we have "$27 / hour, commensurate with experience". That's a specific content; we can include it. For Schedule we have "Full-Time position scheduled to work typically 50 hours per week. Schedule is subject to projects requirements." That's specific. Travel: "Travel required up to 90%." Could be included under Schedule or maybe as its own section but we can put under Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, accessibility, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Structure:

About the role

... company overview and position summary ...

Responsibilities

  • ...
  • ...

Requirements

... Education and Work Experience Requirements ... maybe also age ...

Skills

  • ... Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required items ...
  • ...

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401k, Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), Legal Services, Subsistence- based on company policy if residence of record is 60 miles or greater from the project site.
  • ...
But we also have "What's In It For You" which includes compensation and other benefits. We already have Pay section for compensation; other items like Financial Wellbeing, Health & Wellness etc could be part of Benefits or separate but we can incorporate into Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive info: list all benefits mentioned: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401k, Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), Legal Services, Subsistence- based on company policy if residence of record is 60 miles or greater from the project site. Also under What's In It For You: Financial Wellbeing Compensation $27/hour, Competitive pay with ongoing performance review and merit increase, 401(k) with company match & Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), Flexible spending account (Healthcare & Dependent care), Health & Wellness Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (plan choice) - coverage for spouse, domestic partner, and children, Diabetes Management, Telehealth Coverage, Prescription Drug Plan, Pet Insurance, Weight Management Drug Discount, Discounted National Gym Membership Network, Employee Assistance Program, Planning for the Unexpected Short and long-term disability, life insurance, and accidental death & dismemberment, Voluntary life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity coverage, Emergency Travel Assistance Program, Group legal plan. We need to avoid duplication. Many items repeat. We should combine unique items. Let's extract unique benefits: - Medical insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Life insurance - Short Term Disability - Long Term Disability - 401(k) (with company match) - Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) - Legal Services - Subsistence (based on company policy if residence of record is 60 miles or greater from project site) - Flexible spending account (Healthcare & Dependent care) - Diabetes Management - Telehealth Coverage - Prescription Drug Plan - Pet Insurance - Weight Management Drug Discount - Discounted National Gym Membership Network - Employee Assistance Program - Accidental death & dismemberment (maybe included under life insurance) - Voluntary life insurance - Accident insurance - Critical illness insurance - Hospital indemnity coverage - Emergency Travel Assistance Program - Group legal plan (maybe same as Legal Services) - (Also mention "Planning for the Unexpected" which is basically short/long term disability etc.) We can list them as bullet points. Pay section: compensation $27/hour, commensurate with experience; Competitive pay with ongoing performance review and merit increase; 401(k) with company match & Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP); Flexible spending account (Healthcare & Dependent care). Actually those are benefits but we can include in Pay. Schedule section: Hours: Full-Time position scheduled to work typically 50 hours per week. Schedule is subject to projects requirements. Travel required up to 90%. Position requires presence directly on the Project Site location with intermittent travel to residence of record. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Position may be subject to pre-employment screening..." etc. That's not in the allowed headings; could be omitted as it's boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's about screening; maybe we can keep under Requirements? But it's not explicitly required; it's a condition. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Pre-employment screening is not exactly those categories but could be considered legal? Might be okay to keep? Safer to omit as it's not core job description. However it's substantive info about hiring process. The instruction says remove application instructions. Pre-employment screening is part of hiring process; could be considered application instructions? Might be safer to omit. Also remove "Accessibility: If you need accommodation..." etc. Also remove EEO statements. Also remove disclaimer about payment etc. Also remove "Due to the high volume of applications..." etc. Also remove "MasTec, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer." etc. Also remove "Disclaimer: MasTec and our Subsidiaries will never ask prospective employees..." etc. Also remove "MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure and our subsidiaries do not work with any third-party recruiters..." etc. Now craft HTML. We'll need to ensure proper nesting. Let's draft:
