Warehouse Helper

The company manufactures a comprehensive line of products including Air Control & Distribution products, VAV Terminal Units, Green Building products, Fan Coil Units, Electric Duct Heaters, Sound Attenuators, Air Handling Units, and Filter Housings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Support other warehouse staff as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
