Warehouse Group Lead

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Captures and executes physical and electronic transfers of materials and received goods.
• Sorts and ships material as planned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Completes receiving and/or shipping documents as needed.
• Operates material transfer equipment.
• Promotes the integrity of SAP data through adherence to established processes and procedures.
• Collaborates with other functional areas to ensure accurate and timely material receipt, distribution, and shipment.
• Leads a team of Warehouse clerks when the Warehouse Supervisor is absent.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly SAP.
• Knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Windows-based systems.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Understanding of basic statistics and data interpretation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Basic typing and keyboarding skills.
• Basic understanding of graphs and charts.
