Warehouse Grocery Supervisor

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to be part of the leadership team at our grocery warehouse facility, which operates in both dry and cooler (non-freezer) environments. Preference given to candidates with experience in Amazon and 3PL environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Managers in managing day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics.
• Assist in developing and implementing warehouse policies to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators to track and improve warehouse performance.
• Lead and mentor warehouse personnel, ensuring a motivated and productive team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve company objectives.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Preference for experience in grocery and 3PL environments.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $24 - $26/hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

• 1st Shift, Full Time
• Monday - Friday
• Start time: 4:00 AM
