Warehouse Generalist - 2nd Shift

About the role

Our goal is to support communities by ensuring they are fed. As a Warehouse Generalist, you will perform various warehouse roles, including Selector, Dock Worker, and Palletizer, among others.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of a Warehouse Worker, utilizing equipment like Order Pickers and electric pallet jacks to fulfill customer orders and replenish stock.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts, to move pallets and stock products efficiently.
• Record daily activities using voice commands, pick sheets, and warehouse management systems.
• Build and fit pallets, ensuring proper stacking to prevent damage, and load products onto trailers or trucks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety, including cleaning aisles and product slots.
• Support various warehouse functions, including manual lifting, stocking, and cleaning, with flexibility to assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least one year of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to follow safe operating procedures and work collaboratively.

Key Attributes

• Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting up to 60 lbs, and working on multiple levels.
