Warehouse Generalist - 1st Shift

About the role

As a Warehouse Generalist, you will perform various roles within the warehouse, including Selector, Dock Worker, Palletizer, and more, supporting community feeding efforts. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and community contribution. The position is immediate.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as order pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts to pick, build, and load products.
• Manually handle cases, build pallets, and ensure products are properly packed and loaded onto trailers or trucks.
• Perform warehouse clerical tasks using voice commands, pick sheets, and digital systems.
• Maintain safety standards, handle sharp tools safely, and support warehouse cleanliness.
• Support other departments as needed and perform general warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Team-oriented with a passion for community support.
• Ability to lift 1-60 lbs frequently and work standing, bending, and pulling for most of the shift.
