Warehouse General Operator

Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inventory counts, report discrepancies, complete scanning, and manage basic record-keeping.

Receiving & Material Handling

• Unload, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory;
• Load outgoing shipments.

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate material handling equipment, including Reach Lifts, Forklifts, and Electric Pallet Jacks.

Inventory & Documentation

• Conduct routine inventory counts, report discrepancies, complete scanning, and manage basic record-keeping.

Safety & Maintenance

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while strictly following company policies and safety guidelines.

Team Support

• Collaborate with team members and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work continuously in temperature-controlled environments, including cooler/chill and sub-zero freezer areas (appropriate PPE provided).
• Ability to work in fast paced warehouse and operate with a keen sense of urgency.
• Experience & Knowledge: 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience; 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience operating Reach Lifts, Forklifts, and Electric Pallet Jacks (food distribution experience is a plus).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials for extended periods in a demanding environment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 60lbs.
• Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus (in-house certification training provided).
• 3-5 years operating warehouse equipment defined in this posting.
