Warehouse Fulfillment Department Manager – Shipping 6:00am - 2:30pm M-F

About the role

This position serves as the Distribution Center Supervisor for the Warehouse Fulfillment Department. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the Distribution Center Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center, including managing associates, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

- Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. - Analyze data to determine the appropriate course of action. - Effectively accomplish assigned duties/tasks through the work of subordinates. - Move merchandise up to 50 pounds. - Supervise one or more work units in the Distribution Center, including ongoing training and assignment delegation. - Provide primary input toward the performance evaluations of the Distribution Center Associates. - Hire, discipline, and terminate employees as necessary.

Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). - Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree. - Work Experience: Strong working knowledge of basic Distribution Center management principles, including scheduling, accounting relationships, and inventory control policies. Working knowledge of basic computer skills to log, track, and report data.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
