Warehouse Fulfillment Associate - 1st Shift

About the role

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fast‑paced distribution center. In this role you will work with automated warehouse systems, scanners, labels, and computer systems to receive, process, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active while working with technology and inventory information.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, scan, and label products accurately.
• Receive and process incoming shipments and materials.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and shipment information.
• Use scanners and computer systems to enter and retrieve inventory information.
• Identify and report damaged products, incorrect quantities, labeling issues, or other discrepancies.
• Stage, stock, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material‑handling equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to keep products moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, receiving, pick/pack, inventory, fulfillment, or distribution preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, and warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, automated environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Pallet jack or material‑handling experience is a plus.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
Location: Middletown, PA.
