Warehouse Freight Hauler

About the role

This is a performance-based Freight Hauler position where your productivity directly impacts your weekly earnings. You’ll work on the dry dock of a busy grocery distribution center, helping move freight safely and efficiently to keep products flowing to grocery stores.

Schedule

Monday–Friday with shifts from 2:45 PM to finish or 4:15 PM to finish. Every other Saturday required.

Pay

$670–$1,400 per week (performance-based).

Responsibilities

• Move freight throughout the dry grocery warehouse using manual pallet jacks or other approved equipment
• Transport pallets from inbound and outbound dock areas to designated warehouse locations
• Assist with loading and unloading freight trailers
• Stage pallets for shipping and receiving operations
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Work closely with warehouse loaders, unloaders, and selectors to keep freight moving efficiently
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, freight handling, or material handling experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Team player with a safety-first mindset
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry 25–75 pounds throughout the shift
• Push and pull loaded pallets using manual pallet jacks
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods
• Perform repetitive physical work throughout the day
• Work in a dry grocery warehouse environment around moving equipment, pallet jacks, forklifts, and trailer traffic
• Follow all required safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
