Warehouse/Forklift/Tugger

Main Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintaining/completing necessary documents for motorized vehicles (ie daily forklift checklist).
• Movement of material from warehouse to production via EPS systems.
• Deliver stock and supplies to production lines on time ensuring proper movements in SAP. (FIFO)
• Use of motorized vehicles following safety guidelines.
• Pull and stage product for outgoing shipments.
• Retain driver signed copies for our records.
• Load and unload freight carriers as required.
• Communicate with production lines to ensure no material shortages.
• Support quality, maintenance, prototype, EPS and office staff as needed.
• Ensure housekeeping/2S1Y standards are met on a daily basis.
• Actively participate in cycle count and physical inventories.
• Comply with all ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISMS/27001 requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvements and safety initiatives.
• Ability to operate trucks with a capacity of at least 26,001 lbs per gross vehicle weight.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervision and/or Management.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of MS Office products, MRP systems, and scanners.
• Min. 1 year warehouse experience.
• Motivated and detail oriented.
