Warehouse Forklift/Receiver

Role Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate with a focus on forklift operation to support efficient product flow in a distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move freight and stock.
• Locate and store products in designated racks, ensuring accurate placement and inventory tracking.
• Replenish pick slots, rotate stock based on expiration dates, and manage over-stocked items.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming freight, including damage checks and temperature assessments.
• Maintain safety standards, report hazards, and ensure a clean, organized work area.
• Perform equipment inspections, battery changes, and complete necessary paperwork.
• Support general warehouse duties and adhere to company policies and GMP guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months warehouse/distribution and shipping/receiving experience.
• Ability to lift 10-35 pounds regularly and up to 60-90 pounds as needed.
• Comfort working in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Pass post-offer drug and background checks.
