Warehouse Forklift Operator / Unloader - Dayshift

About the role

Join a team dedicated to feeding communities by unloading and receiving inbound trailers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires highly organized, energetic individuals who enjoy staying active and working with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and recording product according to procedures, including code date verification and pallet breakdown
• Operating equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and clamp machines to move merchandise
• Transporting pallets from dock to designated aisles, ensuring efficient flow
• Performing safety inspections and documenting accordingly
• Safely lifting products of varying weights and shapes, sometimes on multiple levels

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of sit-down forklift experience
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures
• Team-oriented attitude with a desire to support community-focused initiatives
• Ability to handle material safely and follow safe operating protocols
