Warehouse Forklift Operator Material Handler

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver positions involve handling boxed pasta products using stand-up and high-reach forklifts in clean, organized facilities.

Pay

• Base hourly pay: $19.66 per hour
• Shift differential: $1.00 per hour
• Weekend premium: $5.00 per hour extra for Saturday or Sunday work

Schedule

Second Shift: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am; 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next) in a continuous cycle; every other weekend provides a 3‑day weekend off.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core production hours
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to be a team player in a diverse work environment
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Punctual with good attendance record
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• High degree of initiative
