Warehouse Forklift Operator (Incentive) - Night Shift

About the role

Seeking a Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations and help feed communities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck)
• Transport merchandise
• Track inventory with handheld devices
• Stack and replenish pick slots
• Stage products
• Safely load and unload trailers
• Follow safety protocols
• Lift products weighing 1‑60 lbs
• Work on multiple levels
• Work in grocery storage environment (50°‑90°)

Qualifications

• At least one year of material handling equipment experience, particularly on Reach Trucks or stand‑up forklifts
• Strong safety focus
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and handle products for up to 90% of shift
