Warehouse - Forklift Operator I High Reach

About the role

Performs any order fulfillment work required, in any warehouse floor area, including operation of operator-up wire guided turret truck. Fully cross-trained and qualified for accountability on all work functions in specified areas.

Responsibilities

• Ride the turret truck 40 feet in the air on a regular basis
• Drive the turret truck in very narrow aisle
• Unload cases at receiving
• Palletize cases at sortation
• Scan cases to pallets
• Move palletized cases with manual pallet jack
• Move palletized cases with powered forklift
• Pick up pallets of cases from very-narrow-aisle (VNA) pickup and delivery (P&D) stations with turret truck and locate in very-narrow-aisle pallet racks
• Pull pallets of cases from VNA racks, using turret truck, and deliver to P&D stations
• Pick cases at case AS/RS area, and shipping pick-to-belt
• Shipping preparatory work
• Staging and loading completed cases and pallets at shipping

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
