We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: - Location: Secaucus, NJ (metadata) - Job Type: Full-Time - Pay Rate: $18.00 - Shift: Monday to Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM We have a description: "Join the FM Expressions Team as a Warehouse Associate!" but we should not repeat job title as heading. We need sections: About the role (maybe a paragraph summarizing role). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe qualifications). Skills (maybe skills). Benefits (list). Pay (specific). Schedule (specific). We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay and schedule. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's parse content: Intro: "Join the FM Expressions Team as a Warehouse Associate! Location: Secaucus, NJ Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $18.00 + Shift: Monday to Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM Are you an experienced forklift operator who takes pride in keeping a warehouse organized, safe, and running efficiently? FM Expressions is looking for a Warehouse Receiving and Inventory Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll help keep our warehouse operations moving by receiving and organizing incoming materials, maintaining inventory, picking apparel and products according to customer requirements, and safely transporting materials throughout the facility. If you're dependable, safety-conscious, organized, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!" Then "What You'll Do" list of duties. Then "What We're Looking For" list of qualifications/requirements. Then "Physical Requirements" list. Then "Tools & Equipment" list. Then "Work Environment" paragraph. Then "Why FM Expressions?" list of benefits. Then "Ready to Move Your Career Forward?" call to action (application instruction) - we should remove application instructions. We need to fold minor metadata (Location, Job Type) into a short

or drop it. Probably include a short paragraph with location and job type. We need sections: - About the role: maybe a paragraph summarizing role (the intro after location). Could be: "FM Expressions is looking for a Warehouse Receiving and Inventory Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll help keep our warehouse operations moving by receiving and organizing incoming materials, maintaining inventory, picking apparel and products according to customer requirements, and safely transporting materials throughout the facility. If you're dependable, safety-conscious, organized, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!" But we must not repeat job title as heading. That's fine. - Responsibilities: list from "What You'll Do". Use

  • . - Requirements: maybe combine "What We're Looking For" and "Physical Requirements" and "Tools & Equipment"? But we need separate sections only if content exists. Could have Requirements (qualifications) and Skills (maybe skills). However we can also put "Qualifications" for what we're looking for, "Skills" for abilities, "Physical Requirements" maybe as part of Requirements? But we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. We have content for: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes. - Requirements: maybe "What We're Looking For" (qualifications) could go under Requirements or Qualifications. We have both Requirements and Qualifications headings available. We could put "What We're Looking For" under Requirements (or Qualifications). Then "Physical Requirements" could be under Requirements as well, but maybe better under Requirements? Or we could have separate sections: Requirements (for qualifications) and Skills (for abilities). But we have also "Tools & Equipment" maybe not needed as heading; could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements. We need to avoid thin sections. Let's think: The posting includes: What We're Looking For: - Valid forklift certification. - Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred. - Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to safely operate material-handling equipment. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. - Ability to accurately identify products, labels, quantities, and storage locations. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. - Willingness to adapt to changing operational needs and schedules. Physical Requirements: - Stand and walk for extended periods of time. - Lift, move, load, and place materials weighing up to 50 pounds. - Operate a forklift for extended periods. - Bend, twist, reach overhead and below the knees, pull, push, and perform repetitive movements. - Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. - Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. - Visually inspect products, equipment, labels, and documentation, including small print. - Work around warehouse and production equipment. Tools & Equipment: - Forklift and other material-handling equipment. - Laptop/computer provided by FM Expressions. - Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by FM Expressions. Work Environment: paragraph. Why FM Expressions? (Benefits): - Competitive pay - Comprehensive benefits package - Paid time off and holidays - 401(k) with company benefits - Career growth opportunities - On-the-job training - Supportive team environment - Stable, full-time employment Pay Rate: $18.00 Shift: Monday to Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM Location: Secaucus, NJ Job Type: Full-Time We need to include Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. Yes. We need Benefits section: we have benefits list. We need About the role: we have intro. We need Responsibilities: we have "What You'll Do". We need Requirements: maybe combine "What We're Looking For" and "Physical Requirements"? But we also have Qualifications and Skills headings. Could split: Requirements = "What We're Looking For" (certification, experience). Qualifications = maybe "Physical Requirements"? Skills = maybe "Tools & Equipment" and abilities like hand-eye coordination etc. But we already have hand-eye coordination in What We're Looking For. Might be overlapping. Better to follow typical structure: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications and physical), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we have headings list includes Qualifications and Skills; we could omit them if not needed. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we can use those headings but only if we have content. We should prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we should not create many thin sections; we should combine where appropriate. Thus we could have: - About the role (intro) - Responsibilities (What You'll Do) - Requirements (combine What We're Looking For + Physical Requirements + Tools & Equipment maybe) - Benefits (Why FM Expressions?) - Pay (Pay Rate) - Schedule (Shift) We could also include Location and Job Type in a short paragraph under About the role or separate metadata paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include application instructions. We must not include boilerplate. Thus final HTML:
