Summary

The Warehouse Foreman oversees all activities of all junior and senior Warehouse Personnel in the Warehouse Manager’s absence. This is a working Foreman position; this person will be expected to work alongside the team as needed and are expected to work an on-site schedule based out of our St. Paul, MN location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor all Warehouse Personnel.
• Pulling and prepping of shows.
• Responsible for warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Attend appropriate team meetings when needed.
• Monitor returned properties.
• Manage service requests promptly. Resolve issues quickly.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe environment and implementing procedures and regulations to ensure safety of all personnel.

Education & Experience

• Previous Warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player.
• Able to operate within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
