Warehouse/Equipment Operator - Second Shift

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform all warehousing work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Comply with all Health and Safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Operate all mobile material-handling equipment per the manufacturer’s specifications, OSHA regulations and Company policies.
• Operate bag-filling and sealing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Palletize, stretch-wrap, and label product being produced in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate all bulk-loading equipment and conveying systems to load pneumatic and open style trucks when needed.
• Exercise good warehousing practices for both bulk and packaged products.
• Assist with minor maintenance activities when required or requested.
• Maintain Quality records.
• Perform inspections of incoming, outgoing bulk and packaged trucks/trailers when needed.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Operation of a variety of production equipment.
• Communication and the inter-personal skills necessary to interact with co-workers, supervisors, truck drivers and customers.
• Knowledge of Safety rules and regulations.
• Certified Forklift Operator or ability to certify within 30 days.
• Front end loader experience a plus.
• Ability to lift 50lbs frequently.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
