Responsibilities

  • Perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks using the JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exacta
  • Safely operate High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker to move, retrieve, and store products throughout the warehouse
  • Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs
  • Train and become certified on all required equipment if not already experienced
  • Ensure correct product, quantity, and lot/serial numbers are selected for each order
  • Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring all items are properly protected and labeled
  • Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and accurately record receipts in JDA
  • Unload, sort, and store products in designated locations using manual and automated systems, as well as powered equipment
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred; experience with JDA WMS and automated systems (Autostore, VLM) a plus
  • Experience operating High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker preferred; willingness to train and certify on all required equipment is essential
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and technology
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
