About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Employee to join our team in Wood Dale, IL.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments and inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with company standards.
• Cook up with logistics, sales, and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Nice-to-haves: Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment, experience with inventory management or ERP systems, experience in manufacturing, transportation, or industrial equipment industries, basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with parts handling.
